Booking Terms

These terms apply when you book a session or package with Stuart Spirit Guide.

Services offered

Stuart Spirit Guide offers spiritual and complementary wellbeing sessions, including Reiki, Tarot, Past Life Regression, and guided healing packages that may combine these services.

Booking and payment

• Prices are shown on the website or booking page before you book.
• Your appointment is only confirmed once the booking process is complete and any required payment or deposit has been made.
• If a deposit is requested, it secures your appointment time. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Packages may involve more than one appointment. The spacing between appointments is intentional and supports integration.

Online and in-person sessions

• Online sessions may take place through Zoom or another suitable video platform.
• For online sessions, you are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a private space, and a device that works properly.
• In-person sessions are offered in Cambuslang, Glasgow, or another agreed location.
• The exact appointment details will be confirmed through the booking or confirmation process.

Section two

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Client cancellations and rescheduling

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps make the appointment available to someone else.

• If you cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice, your payment or deposit may be transferred to a new appointment.
• If you cancel at short notice, miss your appointment, or do not attend, your deposit or payment may be kept to cover the reserved time.
• If you arrive late, the session may still need to finish at the scheduled time.

Practitioner cancellations

If Stuart needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you will be offered a new appointment time. If a suitable replacement time cannot be agreed, any payment made for the cancelled appointment will be refunded.

Online booking cancellation rights

For online bookings, you may have statutory cancellation rights. Where a service is booked to take place soon after purchase, you may be asked to confirm that you want the service to begin within the cancellation period. If a service has already been provided, a refund may not be available for work already completed.

Service Disclaimers

Complementary support

Reiki, Tarot and Past Life Regression are offered as spiritual and complementary wellbeing services. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health support, counselling, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support.

Medical and mental health

If you have a medical condition, mental health concern, trauma history, or are currently receiving treatment, you remain responsible for seeking appropriate support from a qualified professional. You should not stop medication or treatment because of anything discussed in a session.

Tarot readings

Tarot readings are offered for reflection, insight and personal guidance. They do not predict fixed outcomes and should not be used as the only basis for major life, financial, medical, legal or relationship decisions.

Reiki sessions

Reiki sessions are intended to support relaxation, energetic balance and emotional grounding. Experiences vary from person to person and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression is a guided inner experience used for spiritual exploration, reflection and emotional insight. The experience is personal and subjective. No specific memory, result, healing outcome or interpretation can be guaranteed.

Emergency support

Stuart Spirit Guide does not provide crisis support. If you feel at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or you need urgent help, contact emergency services or a suitable crisis support service immediately.

Recordings, Consent & Case Studies

Some Past Life Regression sessions, case study appointments or training-related sessions may involve audio or video recording. This will only happen where it has been explained to you and you have given your consent.

• You will be told why the recording is being made.
• You will be told who may view or listen to the recording.
• You can ask questions before giving consent.
• You should not record a session yourself unless this has been agreed in advance.

If anonymous feedback, testimonials or case study notes are used for training, marketing or reflective practice, identifying details will be removed unless you have given clear permission for your name or details to be shared.
