Booking terms
These apply when you book a session or a journey with Guided Souls by Stuart.
What I offer
Reiki Energy Healing and Past Life Regression, either as single sessions or as multi-session journeys that combine the two. I also offer a free fifteen-minute conversation with no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Booking and payment
- Prices are shown on the booking page before you book anything.
- Your appointment is confirmed once booking is complete and payment has gone through.
- Single sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.
- Journeys are paid in full at the first booking. That covers every session in the journey, so there is nothing further to pay as you move through it.
- You book each session of a journey separately as you go, so the spacing between them can suit you. The gaps are deliberate — they give the work time to settle.
Where sessions take place
- Reiki is in person only, in Cambuslang, Glasgow. It's hands-on work, so I don't offer it at a distance.
- Past Life Regression is available in person in Cambuslang, or online by video call — whichever you'll relax in more easily.
- For online sessions you'll need a reliable connection, a device that works, and a private space where you won't be interrupted for ninety minutes.
- Exact address or joining details come through in your booking confirmation.
Age
Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over.
If you're not sure which session or journey suits you, message me or book the free conversation first. You don't need to have it worked out on your own.
Changing or cancelling
If you need to change or cancel
Life happens, and I'd much rather you moved an appointment than pushed through one you're not up to.
- More than 24 hours' notice: we move it to another time, no charge. Your payment carries over.
- Less than 24 hours' notice, or not turning up: the payment for that session may be kept, because the time was held for you and can't usually be filled at that notice.
- If something genuinely difficult has happened, message me anyway. I'd rather sort it out than apply a rule.
- If you arrive late, we'll still need to finish at the scheduled time so the next person isn't kept waiting.
If I need to change or cancel
You'll be offered another time. If we can't find one that works for you, you get a full refund for the appointment I cancelled.
Journeys
If you decide partway through a journey that it isn't right for you, message me. I'll refund the sessions you haven't yet had, charged at the single-session rate for the ones you have. Nobody is locked into something that isn't working.
Cancellation rights for online bookings
Because you're booking a service online, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Where a session is scheduled to happen inside that period, you may be asked to agree that it goes ahead sooner. If a session has already taken place, it can't usually be refunded.
What these sessions are, and what they aren't
Complementary, not medical
Reiki and Past Life Regression are complementary wellbeing practices offered for relaxation, reflection and personal insight. They are not medical treatment, mental health treatment, counselling, psychotherapy, or a diagnosis of anything. They don't treat or cure any condition.
If you're under medical or mental health care
Please keep going with it. Nothing in a session with me is a reason to stop medication or treatment, and I would never suggest you do. If you have a condition, a trauma history, or you're currently receiving treatment, you stay responsible for your own care with the professionals supporting you, and it's worth telling them you're doing this work alongside it.
Reiki
Intended to support relaxation, grounding and a sense of ease. What people experience varies a great deal, and I can't guarantee any particular outcome.
Past Life Regression
A guided inner experience used for reflection and insight. What comes up is personal and subjective. No particular memory, image, meaning or result can be promised, and the purpose isn't to prove anything about a past life. You stay aware and in control throughout, and we can stop at any point.
Oracle cards
I sometimes close a session with oracle cards as a way of settling before you head off. They're offered for reflection only, not as a reading or a prediction, and they shouldn't be used as the basis for any significant decision.
Crisis support
I don't provide crisis support and these sessions aren't a substitute for it. If you're at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or you need help urgently, contact your GP, NHS 111, or the emergency services. The Samaritans can be reached free on 116 123, at any hour.
Recordings and consent
If you'd like a recording of your Past Life Regression session to keep, I'm happy to make one. Recordings are made only at your request and only for you. I don't record sessions for case studies, for training, or for any other purpose, and nobody else ever hears them.
- You decide. If you don't want a recording you don't get one, and the session is exactly the same either way.
- I send it to you afterwards and then delete it from my own devices. I don't keep a copy.
- You can change your mind partway through and I'll delete it unsent.
- Please don't record a session yourself without agreeing it with me first.
Your name, story or likeness are never used publicly — not in marketing, not on Instagram, not anywhere — unless you've specifically said yes to that separately.
Privacy notice
Who is responsible for your information
Guided Souls by Stuart, run by Stuart Malcolmson, based in Cambuslang, Glasgow, is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach me at [email protected].
What I collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Booking details: what you booked, when, where, and whether it's been paid.
- Anything you choose to tell me before, during or after a session, including brief notes I may keep about our work together.
- Feedback or a testimonial, if you offer one.
- Basic website data such as cookies and analytics, depending on what you agree to.
Why, and on what basis

Who else sees it
Your information passes through the services I use to run the business:
- GoHighLevel — website, booking calendars, confirmations and reminders.
- Stripe — payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe; I never see or hold them.
- Zoom — online Past Life Regression sessions.
Each of them only handles what it needs to. All three are based in the United States, so your information may be transferred outside the UK; each operates under safeguards intended to give it protection equivalent to UK standards. I don't sell your information to anyone, ever, and I don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long I keep it
- Session notes: three years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Financial records: six years, which HMRC requires.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you.
- Recordings: deleted from my devices as soon as I've sent you yours.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what I do with it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis. Just email me and I'll deal with it within a month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I'd appreciate the chance to put it right first, but you don't have to come to me before going to them.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website puts on your device. Some are needed to make the site work at all; others watch how it's used or support advertising.
What this site uses
- Essential cookies: needed for the site, the booking forms and security to function. These don't need your consent.
- Analytics cookies: used to understand how people move around the site. Only set if you agree.
- Marketing cookies: used by platforms like Meta or Google for advertising and measurement. Only set if you agree.
Your choice
When you first arrive on this site you'll see a cookie banner. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them there. If you decline, the site still works normally — you just won't be counted or tracked.
Changing your mind
You can reopen the banner and change your preferences at any time, and you can clear or block cookies through your browser settings whenever you like.
